Located on the lower level of a large oceanfront home, HipNautic has private access to an outdoor patio made irresistible by chairs, a fire pit, and an ocean-view hot tub. It has its own private path to the Bella Beach neighborhood beach access, so miles of sandy beach walking are right down a cliff-side staircase.

Indoors, you’ll enjoy all your favorite amenities, including a great room with a sofa, chairs, gas fireplace, TV/DVD and a wall of windows to the sea.
